The bot knowledge now can work with our new analytics project. The analytics is based on customer’s data and can predict for example sales or signal detection. Simple asking the bot about prediction, the bot will prepare answers based on data analysis.
Our latest development allows us create knowledge base from existing faq documents. The documents usually contain pairs of questions and answers. Our knowledge software converts it into knowledge base where the whole system is later properly trained. Once the knowledge base is trained, it can be used by the bot knowledge using human language.
